“A vacation is having nothing to do and all day to do it in.”  Robert Orben

Just came back from 9 days away from home.  Spent time with a half dozen women in groups of 3 to 5.  Looked at the stars.  Saw a nova or something explode in the night sky that I chose to believe was a nova.  Wikipedia confirms my supposition.

Ate chocolate and drank tea on a porch by the water.  Didn’t swim or kayak this year.

My plan was to become completely relaxed and motivated enough that I would attack life once I returned home.  Not much attack on the home front yet.  But, as stated in the Marigold Hotel movie, “Everything will be all right in the end… if it’s not all right then it’s not the end.”  Waiting…

Next month, which starts one day from now, I’m beginning a class that promises to change my life.  I like the idea of such changes.  Still mentally downsizing my possessions.  How did all this stuff get here?  How did I get to the place that I’m at?  Answers promised.  Comfort, not.
